One-on-one personal training is available for those living in the Greater Toronto Area. Simply stated, we offer the most effective personal training product in the area. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced trainee, let Workout Solutions take your training to a higher level by teaching you how to maximize your time spent in and out of the gym. This service extends way beyond the gym. The goal is to improve the individual’s health and lifestyle management through education, advanced training protocols and proper nutrition planning. According to your goals, we will educate you on the best diet and lifestyle plan to best compliment your exercise sessions in the gym.

You are encouraged to ask many questions and to constantly stay in contact through phone or email with any concerns or feedback that you may have. This will overcome any obstacles, changes, problems, and to promote general understanding of fat loss and training principles. This communication is important for your success, and I wouldn’t wish to do without it. It’s a complete system. Together, as a team, we will work hard to reach all your health and fitness goals.

Consultations range from single-visit troubleshooting sessions to multiple (2 to 4) sessions per week, depending upon the client’s availability and fitness goals. The sessions can range in time from 45 to 60 minutes in length.

We offer the best price in town to make personal training affordable and to allow for more frequent sessions to achieve faster results.

One session = $75 Package of 5 sessions = $65 per session for $325 total.
